Refund & Return Policy

At PM Online Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. Therefore, we have established the following return policy to make your shopping experience worry-free:

Eligibility for Returns

– Products eligible for return must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.

– Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

– For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, including but not limited to skincare, makeup, and personal care items, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

– Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@pmonlinestore.lk / 0711 88 4020 within the specified return period.

– Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

– Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item(s).

Return Shipping

– Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective).

– We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

– Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

– If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to the original method of payment.

– Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs.

Exchanges

– Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

– Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, and our customer service team will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund.

International Returns

– International returns are subject to the same eligibility criteria and return process outlined above.

– Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning items from outside the Sri Lanka to www.pmonlinestrore.lk.
