At PM Online Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. Therefore, we have established the following return policy to make your shopping experience worry-free:
1) Eligibility for Returns
- Products eligible for return must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
2) Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, including but not limited to skincare, makeup, and personal care items, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
3) Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@pmonlinestore.lk / 0711 88 4020 within the specified return period.
- Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item(s).
4) Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5) Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to the original method of payment.
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs.
6) Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
7) Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, and our customer service team will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund.
8) International Returns
- International returns are subject to the same eligibility criteria and return process outlined above.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning items from outside the Sri Lanka to www.pmonlinestrore.lk.
